Indictment confirmed against Jovo Kevac for war crimes in the area of Ključ

SARAJEVO, January 15 (FENA) - The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed an Indictment in the case of Jovo Kevac (S1 1 K 050692 24 Kro), charging the accused Jovo Kevac with the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172(1)h), as read with Subparagraph e), all in conjunction with Articles 29 and 180(1) CC BiH, and the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172(1)h), as read with Subparagraph a), in conjunction with Article 180(2) CC BiH.
