BiH Court confirms indictment in the case against Rajko Milić and others for war crime of genocide

SARAJEVO, January 14 (FENA) - The BiH Court confirmed an Indictment in the case of Rajko Milić et al. (S1 1 K 050690 24 Kro), charging the accused Rajko Milić, Miodrag Pavlović, Radenko Zarić, Vukašin Drašković and Milan Tomić with the criminal offense of Genocide under Article 171, Subparagraphs a) and b), of the CC BiH, as read with Articles 180(1) and 31 of the CC BiH.
