SDA: BiH Prosecutor's Office becomes an accomplice in the attack on BiH constitutional order

SARAJEVO, January 10 (FENA) - The Party of Democratic Action (SDA) stated today that the BiH Prosecutor’s Office has a legal obligation to act in accordance with the Criminal Code of BiH and protect the constitutional order of the state, and to prosecute public officials who refuse to implement final and enforceable decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH.
