BANJA LUKA, January 9 (FENA) – The parade in Banja Luka, which included 3,400 participants to mark the 'RS Day', has concluded. The celebration of January 9 as the day of RS has been declared unconstitutional twice by the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
