SARAJEVO, January 5 (FENA) – Following Amer Kapetanović's appointment as Secretary-General of the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina emphasized that his appointment to such a high-ranking position represents a significant achievement for Bosnia and Herzegovina's diplomacy.
