SARAJEVO, January 3 (FENA) - Amer Kapetanović assumed his duties as the new Secretary General of the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) today, following the appointment by the South-East European Cooperation Process (SEECP) Foreign Ministers on 12 June 2024 in Skopje.
