SARAJEVO, January 3 (FENA) - The United States welcomes the High Representative Christian Schmidt's decision yesterday to defend the Dayton Peace Agreement and protect BiH's state-level judicial and rule of law institutions by forbidding the implementation of the conclusions of the Republika Srpska National Assembly adopted at its 16th special session on December 24 and 25.
