BiH Court rejects the appeals of the defense lawyers of the suspects Nešić, Lučić and Dakić

SARAJEVO, December 31 (FENA) - After considering the appeals submitted by the defense attorneys of the suspects in the case of Nenad Nešić and others, against the decision dated December 28, 2024, and reviewing the contested decision within the scope of the appeal arguments, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued a ruling rejecting the appeals of the defense attorneys for suspects Nenad Nešić, Mladen Lučić, and Milan Dakić as unfounded.
