Court of BiH confirms the first-instance verdict in the Miladin Trifunović case

SARAJEVO, December 30 (FENA) – The Appellate Division of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has sent out a second-instance verdict in the case of Miladin Trifunović, rejecting as unfounded the appeal of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and confirming the first-instance verdict of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina from December 13, 2023.
