BANJA LUKA, December 16 (FENA) - The National Assembly of the entity of Republika Srpska (RS) adopted today the Draft Law on Pardons, which specifies criminal offenses for which pardons cannot be granted. These include the most serious crimes against the sexual integrity of a child, as well as acts of terrorism.
