Residents in Konjic area demand protection of Kraljuštica River and ban on small hydropower plants

KONJIC, December 8 (FENA) – Residents of the village of Pržice near Konjic gathered on Saturday, supported by the Aarhus Center in Bosnia and Herzegovina and other environmental organizations from Sarajevo and Konjic, to firmly demand the protection of the Kraljuštica River and their homes from the harmful impacts of small hydropower plant (SHP) construction.
