SARAJEVO, December 3 (FENA) – The S.T.A.R. Forum, titled "Challenge vs. Opportunity: Gen Z in the Labor Market?" brought together domestic and regional experts on youth career development and employment today at the Cineplexx cinema. The forum focused on the role of Generation Z, the "first digital generation," in the labor market, exploring the challenges and unique characteristics this generation introduces to the workplace.
