HJPC BiH: Dodik's statements undermine trust in the work of the judiciary in BiH

SARAJEVO, November 28 (FENA) – The High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina (HJPC BiH), in response to statements made by the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, regarding the work of the Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Milanko Kajganić, during a press conference following a hearing at the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina on November 13, 2024, reminds the public in Bosnia and Herzegovina, particularly political figures, that such statements undermine trust in the judiciary in BiH and create a sense of general and legal insecurity in society.
