People who defy dominant public narratives especially exposed, institutions do not protect them

BANJA LUKA, November 20 (FENA) – Certain groups in Bosnia and Herzegovina face threats to their freedom of expression. When someone speaks out about behind-the-scenes dealings, institutions will not support them—only individuals might—and they will be left vulnerable. This was highlighted by Dejan Lučka, director of the Banja Luka Center for Human Rights, based on the center's research.
