Škobić: Kovačević's case is an attempt to deceive the court and dismantle Dayton BiH

STRASBOURG, November 20 (FENA) – The European Court of Human Rights will be holding a Grand Chamber hearing in the case of Kovačević v. Bosnia and Herzegovina today, which according to the FBiH Minister of Justice Vedran Škobić, represents an attempt to undermine the foundations of Dayton Bosnia and Herzegovina, to create a unitary Bosnia and Herzegovina, abolish entity voting, and eliminate the constitutive status of the peoples in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
