SARAJEVO, November 14 (FENA) - Infrastructure projects in the Brčko District of BiH must not become hostage to the failure to adopt strategic development documents, such as the new spatial plan. This should be the first and most important task of the new government in the Brčko District of BiH, concluded today at a meeting the state Minister of Communications and Transport Edin Forto and the First Deputy High Representative and Supervisor for the Brčko District of BiH Louis J.
