Appeal by BiH Prosecutor's Office and defense counsel of Selmo Cikotić rejected

SARAJEVO, November 8 (FENA) - The Panel of the Appellate Division of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina sent out, on 30 October 2024, a second instance judgment in the case of Selmo Cikotić dismissing as ill-founded the appeal filed by the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the appeal of the accused’s defense counsel, and upholding the Trial Judgment of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina of 5 December 2023.
