SARAJEVO, November 7 (FENA) - The Speaker of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the president of the HDZ BiH, Dragan Čović, believes that partners at the state level must show willingness to discuss key issues that have been sidelined in recent months.
