SARAJEVO, October 31 (FENA) - The Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Denis Bećirović, will address the United Nations Security Council (UN) in New York on Friday, November 1, regarding the report by the High Representative in BiH, Christian Schmidt, on the situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
