Integrating the concept of consent in the prosecution of cases of sexual violence against women

SARAJEVO, October 23 (FENA) - It is crucial to fully integrate the concept of consent in the prosecution of cases of sexual violence against women to improve institutional responses, particularly from the police and judiciary. This was the conclusion of an expert meeting in Sarajevo, organized as part of the Council of Europe's program to enhance the fight against digital and sexual violence against women in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
