SARAJEVO, October 20 (FENA) – The President of the Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, needs to explain to the citizens of RS whether he is abandoning Bosnia and Herzegovina's accession to the European Union and whether his presence in Kazan is merely another obligation to fulfill at Putin's behest, stated Šerif Špago, the Head of the SDA Caucs in the BiH Parliament, in a statement for FENA.
