MOSTAR, October 10 (FENA) - The HDZ 1990 has submitted an initiative to the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Bosnia and Herzegovina, requesting the implementation of modern technologies, previously used as a pilot project across BiH, in municipalities where elections were postponed due to the state of natural disaster.
