SARAJEVO, October 2 (FENA) - The Vice President of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Refik Lendo, stated today that the European Commission has officially confirmed that the Reform Program submitted to Brussels by the ruling coalition of the Troika, SNSD, and HDZ is an incomplete document lacking key measures that the European Commission insisted upon.
