SARAJEVO, September 12 (FENA) - Already at the very beginning of the campaign for local elections, some cases can be seen in which the campaign is conducted in such a way as to discredit political opponents and that the focus is not on local issues but on issues that are important for the political entity that represents regional or ethnic interests, it was said in a response to FENA from the Under the Magnifier coalition, which monitors the campaign for local elections that officially began last Friday.
