BANJA LUKA, September 12 (FENA) - Civil society is the most important actor in the process of European enlargement, and Bosnia and Herzegovina has been stuck on that path for a long time. This is one of the main messages from the roundtable "Human rights in the processes of European integration in the context of negotiations on BiH's entry into the European Union", held in Banja Luka.
