What are the causes of the blockade on BiH's European path, and who is responsible?

SARAJEVO, September 8 (FENA) – Bosnia and Herzegovina’s European path is at a complete standstill after it was granted conditional candidate status in March this year. Several actors from the non-governmental sector and political life spoke to FENA about the reasons for the stagnation and the parties responsible for the delays and blockades.
