SARAJEVO, September 3 (FENA) - The Collegium of the Party of Democratic Action (SDA) emphasizes that the intensive arming of Serbia and Croatia and the announcement of the introduction of mandatory military service in these countries are warning messages to which the authorities of Bosnia and Herzegovina must respond quickly and adequately.
