Bosnia and Herzegovina has the lowest percentage of citizens with higher education degrees in Europe

SARAJEVO/ZAGREB, September 1 (FENA) – In Europe, the most educated populations are found in Ireland, with 51 percent of residents holding higher education degrees, and Sweden, with 47 percent. At the opposite end, Bosnia and Herzegovina ranks last with only 16 percent of its population having completed higher education.
