Banja Luka Court annuls the approval for the construction of Dabar hydropower plant 

SARAJEVO, August 30 (FENA) - The District Court in Banja Luka ruled in favor of the "Resource Aarhus Center in BiH" Association from Sarajevo, annulling the decision issued by the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Construction and Ecology of the Republika Srpska. The contested decision approved the construction of the infrastructure facilities of the Dabar hydropower plant from Trebinje, on the Zalomka River, within the Upper Horizons (Gornji horizonti) project. The Center also appealed this Decision for the Environment from Banja Luka.
