SARAJEVO, July 24 (FENA) - The working team for drafting the Reform Plan in Bosnia and Herzegovina did not adopt the Draft Reform Agenda. The representatives of the four cantons did not give their consent to the proposed draft document, despite the additional deadline approved by the European Commission and exhaustive attempts to harmonize it in the past two days, the Council of Ministers of BiH stated.
