PIC SB: Entities do not have the right to secede, they exist solely on the basis of BiH Constitution

SARAJEVO, June 20 (FENA) - The Steering Board of the Peace Implementation Council (PIC) reiterated that the entities have no right to secede from Bosnia and Herzegovina, it was stated in the communique of this board after a two-day session in Sarajevo.
