SARAJEVO, June 10 (FENA) - The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Elmedin Konaković, said today that he sent a protest note to Montenegro due to the controversial statements of the Speaker of the Assembly Andrija Mandić that the "All-Serb Assembly is a gathering of two states".
