SARAJEVO, June 10 (FENA) - FBiH Vice President Refik Lendo announced today that the FBiH Constitution stipulates that after a law is adopted in one house of the Parliament of the Federation, it must either be adopted or rejected in the other house within 45 days. Hence, the Constitution excludes the possibility of the law being withdrawn from the legislative procedure. After it has been adopted in one house, it mandates that the other house must either pass or reject the law.
