BANJA LUKA, May 27 (FENA) - Today, the joint commission of the National Assembly and the Council of Peoples of the RS did not reach an agreement regarding the Election Law and the Law on Referendum and Citizen Initiative, and these acts therefore have been sent to the Constitutional Court of the RS for a decision.
