BANJA LUKA, May 16 (FENA) - President of the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD), Milorad Dodik, said today that the ruling party in the RS is proposing to its coalition partners not to participate in local elections under the Election Law of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
