BANJA LUKA, April 24 (FENA) - The Head of the OSCE Mission to BiH, Ambassador Brian Aggeler, assessed today in Banja Luka that there are many political tensions in BiH, some of which are not so new, and that the role of the OSCE is to help the authorities in overcoming those tensions.
