SARAJEVO, April 18 (FENA) - Bosnia and Herzegovina's membership in the European Union and NATO is a strategic interest, i.e. a guarantee of stability, and thus economic progress, said the Minister of Communications and Transport of BiH Edin Forto at a meeting with the Special Envoy of the United States for the Western Balkans Gabriel Escobar.
