SARAJEVO, March 22 (FENA) - On the occasion of the European Council's decision to start negotiations with Bosnia and Herzegovina, High Representative Christian Schmidt announced on the X platform that important news was coming from the EU and that this is a big step and a moment to seriously start implementing reforms.
