SARAJEVO, February 7 (FENA) - The Managing Director for Europe at the European External Action Service (EEAS), Angelina Eichhorst, said today in Sarajevo that it is very important for BiH to use the achieved momentum to fulfill the conditions for the start of EU membership negotiations by March.
