SARAJEVO, January 31 (FENA) - Coordinator for Public Administration Reform Dragan Ćuzulan warned today that the institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina are slow to implement measures from the Action Plan for Public Administration Reform and that, if this practice continues, the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina will wait a long time to receive quality and fast public administration services.
