STOLAC, January 26 (FENA) - Commenting on the announcements of the SDA and the DF that they will not participate in the talks on constitutional changes, called for by the SDP, the president of the HDZ BiH, Dragan Čović, said on Friday in Stolac that the representatives of his party would come to the meeting.
