HJPC BiH: Unique practice and specialization for cases of domestic violence necessary

SARAJEVO, January 18 (FENA) - The Department for Legal Affairs of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) of Bosnia and Herzegovina, after analyzing the situation in judicial institutions in cases of domestic violence, stated that the courts and prosecutor's offices in BiH do not have a single base with data and that there is no institutional cooperation or specialization of judges and prosecutors to work on these cases.
