Debevec temporarily suspended as the President of the Court of BiH

SARAJEVO, December 20 (FENA) - The First Instance Disciplinary Commission of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina (HJPC BiH) for judges, deciding on the request of the Disciplinary Prosecutor's Office (UDT) of the HJPC BiH for the temporary suspension of the President of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina Ranko Debevec, issued a decision by which Debevec was temporarily suspended from the duties of President of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, starting the day after the day of this decision, i.e. December 21, until the end of the criminal investigation according to the Order on Conducting the Investigation of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina dated December 19.
