SARAJEVO, December 19 (FENA) – High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina Christian Schmidt called on the political and parliamentary structures in BiH to adopt technical changes to the country's electoral legislation in a short period of time to improve the integrity of the electoral process, otherwise, he will impose them using the so-called Bonn powers.
