BANJA LUKA, December 11 (FENA) - Mladen Samardžija (33), one of the most wanted fugitives in the European Union, was arrested today in an operation by the Directorate for Organized and Serious Crime and the Special Anti-Terrorist Unit (SAJ) of the MoI RS, ATV learns.
