HJPC is waiting for the CoM to approve the resources for the new property verification department

SARAJEVO, November 30 (FENA) - The formation of a new department to carry out the procedure for verifying reports on the assets of candidates for judicial positions depends on the approval of the financial resources of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is currently pending, it was said on the first day of the regular session of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) BiH.
