SARAJEVO, November 22 (FENA) - The Appellate Panel of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the first-instance verdict against Ramiz Dreković, former commander of the Fourth Corps of the BiH Army, acquitting him of war crimes against civilians in the Kalinovik area in 1995.
