BANJA LUKA, November 20 (FENA) - Transparency International in BiH (TIBiH) won a lawsuit against the Commission for Concessions of the Republika Srpska because it refuses to publish information from the procedure in which Elektroprivreda RS transferred the concession for the construction of a solar power plant worth about 100 million KM to the company 'Solar Powerplant Trebinje 1'.
