SARAJEVO, November 8 (FENA) - The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Elmedin Konaković, assessed today that the conditional recommendation for the opening of negotiations for the accession of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the European Union represents an important political message for our country, which obliges us to continue intensive activities in this regard.
