PEN Center report - 'Toxic narratives that stifle freedom of expression in the Western Balkans'

SARAJEVO, October 19 (FENA) - Independent writers, journalists, civil society activists and other engaged individuals in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro and Serbia face a series of direct threats and attacks motivated by someone's desire to silence their voice.
